Springer
Tite-Group 4.5gr with 200gr Bayou Bullet at 1.255" OAL works great for me Do you think this will also work in a revolver? I'm getting ready to switch from Limited and have 8lbs of Tite-group.

GunBugBit
What recoil spring do you use in a 5" 1911 with that load, ruleyoutoo1911?
ruleyoutoo1911
What recoil spring do you use in a 5" 1911 with that load, ruleyoutoo1911? I'm using an ISMI 16 pound recoil spring, 5" Kimber TLE. Also have used a 15 pound Wilson Combat recoil spring in the past.
Husker95
I've had good luck with Ramshot Competition when I couldn't find Clays, but now I can get Clays and I can't get RS Competition so easily. I like them both for a soft, accurate 40 or 45 load. The local Bass Pro has Clays in stock now but way overpriced. You are finding honest-to-God, no *&^% Hodgdon Clays?? If true, thats good to hear. I had almost given up......
