ad5md
I currently have a 16" barrel, carbine length gas tube, Nib BCG, adjustable gas block and would like to hear opinions if changing the GI buffer spring to the Blue Sprinco will benefit me recoil wise and faster sight recovery. I have already tuned the gas block and shoots OK, just wanted to see if I can fine tune it more. Thanks

BitchinCamaro
Is your BCG standard weight?

BitchinCamaro
It's my experience that the adjustable gas block is going to be the major recoil/impulse mitigating factor with a full mass BCG- so much so that minor tweaking of a traditional buffer spring isn't going to give you any satisfaction. Just run the balls off of it as is and put a JP SCS on the wish list for next season.
