Chuckie45
My XD started stove piping a lot during a match. Upon inspection, the ejector tip had broken off. Does anyone know if Springfield will send me a new ejector or if they will require me to send the gun to them. If they want me to send the gun in, I'll buy an after market part instead. Thanks, Chuck
Reshoot
If my memory serves me correctly, Scott Springer makes an enhanced ejector. Personally, that is the way I would go, and not even bother calling Springfield Armory.
Out of Ammo
I haven't had my ejector break, but I did replace mine with one from Powder River. It works very well and the service is great.
Chuckie45
I ordered one from PRP today. Hopefully, I get it in time for Saturday's match.
Chuckie45
Update: Springfield offered to replace the ejector at no cost, but required the gun be sent to them. Not worth it for me with all the other aftermarket parts I have that they may have issues with. PRP ejector is expected to arrive today.
