Jake Di Vita Posted May 22, 2015 Share Posted May 22, 2015 A magwell exists to buffer poorly executed reloads. A perfect reload won't even touch the magwell. The reason most people like to reload around sternum level is that you tend to have greater accuracy the closer you are to your body. Some people will have you clap and say where your hands meet is approximately where you should reload. Or maybe if you can do a "perfect reload" in time X, you can do a successful reload that does need the magwell help in .9x.
