Cmore Alu Dot Module Issue

Hello, I recently picked up an Aluminum Cmore. I ordered it with a higher dot module than I wanted to just try the dot size out. Of course I didn't like it so I went upon the task of swapping, is it normal for the dot module to not drop right in the Alu cmore? I had to do some filing on all the corners and sides to get it to even want to slide inside of the cmore. Also noticed the cover on the dot module where a glare shield would go is not quite centered with the holes. Not sure if these are common issues with the Aluminum this is my first one. Wanted to see if this is common, thanks everyone

Well answered my own question this thread can be deleted..... never knew that they make two different dot modules till now, didn't see two different moduels on shooters connection but looking on amazon and cmore they both show two different kinds of modules.
