sensei
Hi all, I want to mount a Slab Comp by Wichita Arms, in my S&W 686 - 6" barrel, to upgrade this revolver for Bianchi Cup. After this, cut away the front sight and make 2 or 3 ibryd holes, B-Square mount, trigger job, bob the hammer and a new grip. Have some of you used the Slab Comp Wichita Arms ? ..... some information to mount ? it is a simple action or ...... Thank you for any info P.S. If some of you have photo about revolver tuned for Bianchi Cup ..... i will Thank you for ever ! My personal e-mail : ilsensei@libero.it
wide45
Hybrid holes? Keep your fingers away when gripping the barricade... Do comps and holes help that much with Bianchi loads?
mpolans
I've used one. I thought it worked pretty good for what it was. IIRC, you drilled and tapped a hole in the front of the underlug. The slab comp slipped over the underlug and were held in place by an allen head bolt from the front that went into the underlug. When I used it for Bianchi, I had a gunsmith mill away a chunk of the bottom and add a bolt on post to make it easier for me to clamp on to barricades.
