Open to tac shotgun transition

I am planning on going from open to tac next season and I am wanting to get a jump on getting my brain rewired to the bead format. I was wondering if there is anything I particular that people have come across that could help me ease the transition back over to the tube feeder. It been a solid year since I've shot more than 2 or 3 rounds out of my versamax and I'm trying to come up with a training regimen that will get me back into the load shells by hand and track the bead way of thinking. Also, I want to improve my overall shotgunning abilities. I can load decently since I can practice that at home with dummy shells, it's the hitting what I want to in a somewhat fast fashion that I'm needing the improvements on.
