I got a box of goodies from czc today. I'm having a problem figuring out how to take off the old magwell and put my new one on. I would appreciate any help. Video of how to do this would be awesome but you tube has been no help. I'm also not sure where to start on changing the front sight and whether there is a trick to it.

First take the grips off, then put a punch in the hole in the bottom of the mag well, the TS uses a hammer spring plug which looks like this:

Apply a little upward pressure. It won't move but it will relieve the pressure in the pin holding the spring plug it. Push out the pin perpendicular to the hammer spring just above the mag well, once out, push the plug up against the hammer spring until you can slide the mag well off.

When you install the new mag well, leave out the pun so the hammerspring keeps pressure on the mag well though the plug.
