RCBS Gold Medal Seating Die questions

First of all....I can't find one in 223.... so

will a 220 swift serve the same function to seat the bullet only, and I'll finish it off on another station?

I'm planning to use the die to seat/start a bunch of old pulled bullets I have, they are imperfect enough to not feed reliably through my Mr Bulletfeeder, and I'm hoping the seating stem will help save my poor fat fingers from handling the little pills while seating. I have >5,000 of these, so I'm willing to incur the expense. Is this a reasonable thought?

Lastly, anyone know where I can find one? I have posted here and elsewhere, and even called rcbs to have them tell me they are "thosands of popular die sets behind" and making these oddballs are not a priority!
