G17 Posted December 19, 2013 Share Posted December 19, 2013 It will work fine but the only thing you should notice is the gap that will be between the slide and dust cover. At least this is the advice Lone Wolf Dist gave me about my inquiry regarding buying a Gen 3 long slide for my Gen 4 17 frame. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm not looking to compete with it at this point, more just trying to figure if I really would benefit from changing to a Gen4 G34 as opposed to just shooting the G17.
