We have just deployed an upgrade to Shoot'n Score It (http://shootnscoreit.com) that adds support for the new IDPA 2013 rules.

This allows you as match organizer to arrange matches using these new rules or under the current and still valid rules. Overall we have updated wording, some categories and also the separation of rule 4.3 and 4.4 when entering scores.

We have also added support so you as match organizer can define if competitors are allowed to register in 1..n categories *and* how many competitors there needs to be in a category before results are generated for this category (default set to 5, but you can change).

Last we also added support for directly creating a 'Classifier Match' with all 3 stage created for you.

Have fun !

...most competitors do not have a special category, so 1..n doesn't work. It needs to be 0..n

Sorry for being unclear - this is exactly the case. If you set 'max category' to 1, the competitor can register in 0 or 1 category but not more than this and so on...

So SSI does exactly what you are looking for.
