SOS... reloading 223 on XL650

Hello All

I started relaoding 223 on my dillon XL650, the first batch ran well but I used another rifle and had a double feed, which pushed the bullet back into the case.

Since then I have been making snap cap rounds and I tried readjusting everything several times with the same outcome. The bullet is forced back into the case on double feeds that I create.

I have never seen this on factory bullets, not that I have ever had that happen before.

Is this common or does anyone have any idea to fix my problem

I have been using LC brass shot once and new lapua brass also

Using Hornady .224 bullets with cannelure 55 grain

I've seen the bullet pushed back on those types of malfs with factory rounds too.
