kmca
First, I tried the search and that didn't work out so well. Second, I know the popularity of McCormick and Wilson magazines,. I was just curious if anyone has tried the Brownell's 45 mags.
Guest
I have a couple and they work fine, just as one would expect from anything with the Brownells name on it. If you looking for reasonably prices 1911 mags might also want to check out the 1911 mags at Thunder Mountain custom. They sell the check-mate brand mags at good prices, and they sell a tuned version of a check-mate mag under their house brand name for a reasonable price. Got a couple each of the check-mate exteneded removable base pad version and the welded bottom plate version (both with the hybred feed lips) and I like them. The extended with the removable base pad seats a little easier during reloads than the welded version, but they are both good. Great customer service, btw - and their prices on their house brand springs and 1911 parts is very good.
