Jaxshooter
I have tried everything ever mentioned to keep my 650 from flipping powder out of the case. I found nothing until now to stop it completely other than dragging my finger on the shell plate which works but slows down your loading somewhat. It would be eaiser to show you how than to explain but here goes: I have come up with a way to do it along the lines of dragging a finger on the shellplate. Cut a 1/2" x 3/4" piece of stiff but bendable plastic (I used a USPSA overlay). Put a hole in it 1/2" from the end centered. Then bend the plastic 90 degrees 1/4" from the center of the hole. Push a locator pin thru the hole and put it in the 4th location on the shellplate with the bent end up toward the center of the machine. As the cases rotate around the shellplate they will rub just enough against the plastic to keep the powder from flipping out as the shellplate indexes. I can go full speed and this completely eliminates the problem.
