Just finished reading this book by Catherine Crier, it's a good read if you don't have high blood pressure, otherwise the crap these guys are pulling might induce a massive stroke.

I about shouted for joy at the end when she lists her suggestions to fix our legal system.  It's always refreshing to read an insider who is pushing for tort reform.

Sorry to any JDs here on the forums, I'm sure the book doesn't apply to you.  In other words, please don't sue me.
