tires2burn Posted January 30, 2013 Share Posted January 30, 2013 Hello all, When I change over and adjust the shell plate for correct tension the indexing star wheel makes contact with the top of the thing ma jig. ( the wire that kicks the rounds out.) I have to loosen the center bolt more than is needed just to clear the star wheel from rubbing. When it clears the indexing seem sloppy. What am I doing wrong? kevinj308 Posted January 30, 2013 Share Posted January 30, 2013 You can just push the "thing ma jig", I don't know what else to call it either, down into the press. It's just a bent wire in two holes. Sometimes it gets lifted up a little when you take the shell plate out. Should look like this Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
