Craig N Posted December 10, 2012 Author Share Posted December 10, 2012 Just throwing this out there, Since there are ATF regs against civvies cant possess AP ammo and Wal-mart wouldn't sell any ammo not legal to be owned by the public would that a good argument for an ARB? I am in no way saying I'd try and arb a DQ for using tula I just thought it would be a good "spark" for discussion given the way the topic went.
