pressure signs

I am getting pressure signs, I have a new Savage model 10 tactical with 24 inch flutd barrel with R5 rifling 1in 10 twist,in 308.

I am loading serria 175bthpm, 42.5 grains IMR4064 OAL 2.800 in Federal brass CCI LR primers Out of this rifle it chronos at 2757-2769 for a 10 shot string. I am gettting flate primers and primers comming all the way out of the brass. htis is a light load going by what Hodgdon lists.This load works great in my DPMS AR10.

Are you using the same brass in both guns? Measure fired brass from both guns, maybe different length chambers so you might have to reset your dies for the bolt gun. I would try just neck resizing the brass that came out of the bolt gun and fire it again and see if you get the same results.
