Target 89 22

I have shot the 87 and like it so i bought one and it's on the way. Great shooting gun! During may research of the 87 I read a lot of good reviews of the discontinued 89. So I figured I'd see if I could get some good info from here about the 89 before I buy one, if I can find one. Although the 87 has great review and I like it, some say the 89 was a better shooting pistol and a true target pistol but they are almost identical pistols.

87 aluminum shroud, lighter with 10 rds.

89 steel shroud single action, heavyer do to steel, 8 rds.

Grips are different.

If the 89 in your opinion is a better shooting pistol please let me know. If anyone has seen one for sale please let me know.
