BDH Posted July 28, 2004 Share Posted July 28, 2004 Those of you that know me, also know that I work for a company that represents a major company. Well, we pay our employees (my direct employees, AND our entire salesforce) off of the numbers that are reported by them. Bonuses are paid at mid-year (and everyone needs to understand that 'bonuses' in these postitions are an integral part of their compensation), and today was the cut off to make payroll. Well, they re-stated their numbers.... which changes everything including compensation, AND may impact a couple of careers..... That is why I missed the Indiana State. I was trying to piece things back together for people's lives... I don't know if I will be successful, but at least I tried.... I hate this....
