Unbelievable amount of BS to go thru...banks are scared to death loaning money to build in a tsunami area. Counties, cities all in it to rip you off for a bunch of studies and permits. Had to spend $2,200 to have a study done telling me my lot is sand. finally gonna break ground this Friday. Should be done by thanksgiving. Walking on the beach everyday will make it worth it.
