karlglen101 Posted March 26, 2012 Share Posted March 26, 2012 Hello. Does anyone use their Garret Industries holster for 3 gun? I use mine for IDPA, and am starting 3 gun this year. I was wondering if anyone has had retention issues while using it for 3 gun. I'm pretty confident in the holster, even without a mechanical retention device. I can hang my 1911 over the bed, magazine loaded, and shake it several times without it falling out. I get tired shaking it before the gun's even moved a hair in the holster.
