hkguy Posted March 23, 2012 Share Posted March 23, 2012 just got my tax refund back and sadly i am not getting any new shooting toys this year but instead am being responsible and paying off some debt. I called into the lending agency to get the payoff amount. I "get" the first pay off amount of XXXX.XX and go to pay it off on their web site, but for $15 i can have my payment processed over the phone immediately. I go to pay the amount online and i get an error message saying i can only pay YYYY.YY amount. So i call back to see what the issue is and the second CS rep tells me the "real" amount is ZZZZ.ZZ..... hope to heck i dont have to cut them a check for $5 for the difference between the three amounts because they cant get their ducks in a row....
