VinceU1 Posted March 13, 2012 Share Posted March 13, 2012 Didn't do the 9mm, I did the .45ACP version. Looks good, works well, just way slow. I've decided to go back to the standard 5" slide because the 6" was so slow. I expect if I spent another $150 or so I could have a bunch of weight milled off the slide and it'd be quicker, but I just don't see the reason. VinceU1 Posted March 15, 2012 Share Posted March 15, 2012 Nope, had to fit the slide to the frame. No big deal, but needed to be done. Also had massive problems with the extractor, bought the sleeve from Brownells and put in a Caspian .45 extractor, tuned that and the gun ran very well. Just slow, and I'm not a quick shooter.
