which 930 barrel is most versatile

Hi I joined to get info on a 930, I have a pump 18" barrel that I like, but hey shouldn't I have a 930 also I have tried reading the long thread on a 930 but havent learned which barrel would be considered the most versatile. What barrel are most of the 3 gunners getting. I have my eye on the 24" turkey barrel with the adjustable fiber optic sights. Is this the barrel of choice or another. Does Nordic or whoever make an extension that is equal in length to a 24" barrel. I've read hear Mossberg is suppose to introduce a competition model. What would that model have that current models do not have. And do you guys like the pistol grip even though you can't reach the safety? thanks for all the information on this forum!
