Nimitz Posted November 15, 2011 Share Posted November 15, 2011 I currently have a 28" VR barrel for my M2 Field but I will be starting to shoot 3-gun (sooner than I had expected when I bought the gun) where I want a 24" barrel. My M2 is primarily going to be for 3-gun with some limited trap & skeet just for fun. I really don't want to have 2 barrels so I was thinking about selling my 28", buying a 24" & then getting a 4" Briley extension so that I could still go shoot trap/skeet when I felt like it but without the expense of owning 2 M2 barrels. Anyone see a downsize to this cunning plan? Also, anyone know who is currently selling M2 24" barrels in black matte finish?
