fastmtnbiker33w
Yes....after over 12 years of no problems selling and buying things on the internet....I got scammed $505 by a guy in Mt. Joy. I'd love to get some dirt on this guy. I sent him $905 for an industrial sewing machine. He started giving me stories, then even said he was going to send my money back. He sent back $400 with an invoice charging me for labor and restock fees. If anyone is from the area, let me know if the locals news does any stories on stuff like this. Our NBC affiliate does a "Troubleshooters" feature that exposes scam artists.
Maksim
If he is a local business owner, I would suggest starting with the Better Business Bureau and the local chamber of commerce.

fastmtnbiker33w
Thanks sdm. Just what I'm looking for. Already filed with bbb, but this was supposed to be a personal transaction. He brought his "business" into at the end with an invoice for labor and restocking fee.
