glefos Posted October 15, 2011 Share Posted October 15, 2011 Can the Stock 2 trigger with FPB be made as good as the CZ Shadow which is lacking FPB, FPB spring, lifter and lifter spring? The standard SP-01 trigger isn't as good as a Shadow trigger (both with Angus trigger jobs) due to the lack of FPB components in the Shadow. In the CZ design, the lifter is not integrated with the sear and removing the lifter makes a huge difference in trigger reset. However, it appears the lifter is integrated with the sear in the Stock 2 design. Because of the design difference, can a good Stock 2 trigger job reduce the reset similar to that of a Shadow?
