Skydiver
I was looking at the specs of the PX4 Storm sub-compact and it lists the sight radius as: 4.5". This confuses me because the if the full size has a barrel length of 4" and a sight radius of 5.8", shouldn't the 3" barrel on the sub-compact have a sight radius be simply an inch shorter and be at 4.8"? Or looking at it another way, the full size overall length is 7.6" and the sub-compact has an overall length of 6.2". Taking off 1.4" from 5.8" should be 4.4" Or are the slide shapes simply completely different between the models? (eg. A subcompact is not just a full size with a shorter slide.) rvb
I don't know much about the px4 series, but I do know the li'l ones have a completely different barrel and locking lug system (they don't rotate like the full size models).... so it's conceavable they are not directly proportionate. Perhaps ask over at berettaforum.net -rvb
