Is this legal because those 8 upper panel targets are always available from all 3 shooting areas? (BTW, it looks like a bunch of 180 breaks when engaging some of those paper targets from the right most shooting box.) WRT no-shoot shoot-throughs- I intend to place the no shoots close enough to the box to make the head shots a little more difficult, but I don't anticipate many no-shoot hits.
