ashman627
I have a kimber .22 conversion kit that works really well on my 1911 frame. Is there anyway to use it on my 2011 open frame? maybe someone makes mags? Thanks for the help!!!
TMC
Tactical Solutions makes wide body mags for their conversion, they might work with the Kimber upper.

tk2
I know this is an old thread, but I was just wondering if you found out if the TacSol mags worked with the Kimber 22 conversion?
TriggerJockey
I use the advantage arms conversion on my 2011's with great success! Mags are $50 but the cost of ammo makes up for it in no time. I also have a kimber conversion that uses metal mags whereas the advantage arms uses plastic, the advantage arms mags for the wide body have similar feed lips but I don't know if they will work with the kimber adapter. I'll try it and let you know.
