TA31 base question: Smaller knobs

Want to mount a JP short range sight on the fore-end, but shoot the AR lefty.

If I roll the gun 90' to the left all I see is the shell deflector (left eye closest to the barrel),

if I roll the gun 90' to the right all I see ACOG knobs.

Does someone make smaller knobs or is the base reverseable where the knobs would be on the same side as the shell deflector?

If the TA31 is one of the mini ACOGs like the TA33, yes, the base is reversible. I am 99% sure the larger ones are also reversible but cannot attest to this because I don't own one.

Alternately, replace the mount with a lighter and lower-profile Larue mount, which is what I did to address this problem.
