Normally each region will return any unused slots and these are then allocated back out to those regions that requested some extra places. DEAR REGIONAL DIRECTOR, FURTHER TO COMMUNICATION WE RECEIVED FROM IPSC, WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT THE MATCH HAS BEEN FILLED UP AND THERE WILL NOT BE A SECOND SLOT ALLOCATION FOR EXTRA SLOTS.
