JThompson Posted February 27, 2011 Share Posted February 27, 2011 (edited) There has bee a lot of good advice above, but here are the two things most shooters do wrong. The first is the do not follow through on the shot. The second is they are looking for movement (Steel falling) during transition and the following piece of steel. (Especially on a plate rack) You have to complete one shot before you move on to another... just getting the gun on white and jerking off a shot then moving your eyes/gun to find the next one is not going to get it. You need to stop that gun on the steel and complete the shot or you will never drop steel consistently PERIOD.
