arsoncop9 Posted January 2, 2011 Share Posted January 2, 2011 i am switching to iron sights in matches. I need help on figuring bullet drop with the elevation knob on the rear sight. I have a few questions. as you turn the elevation knob to three hundred and four hundred and five hundred to what ammo is this calibrated to? is it with factory 5.56 or if i want to shoot 69g ammo will it work with it? to all iron shooters out their what is your setup and what do you do at targets longer than 300 yards? any help to get me started with this is greatly appreciated. i have no problems sigting in my iron sights or hitting things out to three hundred it is just when i have to shoot past that i have no clue.
