chris6424
Wolf small rifle magnum primer, 22.5 grains H 335, Hornady 75 grain BTHP. Safe or not? Hodgdon lists max load at 23 grains. I'm new to reloading rifle cartridges, and would prefer to keep my loads on the conservative side. Thanks in advance.
Dan Sierpina
H335 is a great powder for bullets up to 55 grains. It's a bit fast for the heavy .22 cal bullets. With the 75 or 77 grain, you'd get better results with Varget or Reloader 15. Ramshot TAC is popular too, but, I have no personal experience with it.
