Just turn the screws and you can see the sight move and you'll easily figure it out. Most people hate the Glock OEM adjustable sights, but I like them. I use them with a Hi Viz front sight. As for the front sight - take out the barrel and turn the slide upside down. Take a punch and knock out the front sight. BTW - welcome to the forum.
