acs82
i have a m&p9fs (not pro or long)with factory 3 dots, and was wondering if i wanted to do a 6'0 clock hold sight what whould i need to do, and what makes it do that. is it the height of the sight or what, i don't understand how you go from shooting the dot, to shooting the top of the post, or shooting at the 6 o clock using fixed sights. in others words if my gun's POA/POI is the dot how do i make the POA/POI the top of the post. i hope i explained that right. bikerburgess
with fixed sights you can adjust point of impact with different height front sights, taller sight move POI down shorter moves it up. different rear sights can also move the POI taller moves it up shorter moves it down. I don't have a M+P but these are the basic principals. Mike
Sarge
All of the above is right on. To find out for sure what you need email or PM Dan Burwell or Ken at Speed Shooter Specialties. They are both vendors here and they are the go to guys for M&P's.
