Waterfowl-widowmaker
Forgot to give you the exercise, don't know if my memory or my hair is the first thing I'm losing. If you have access to a rowing machine, give it try. It is a complete workout. The one we have in our gym has different levels of resistance. The higher the resistance the further you go on each row. It has a built in calculator to tell you how far you went with each pull based on the resistance level and speed of the pull. I'm 37 years old so my goal is 2500 meters in about 9 minutes. Do not try this your first time!!!. One of the guys that is on the traffic unit with me decided to give it a try after we got off from work. He is only 34 and said he was in pretty good shape. He is not overweight and is a non smoker. On his first time he made it 1000 meters and had to roll off of it. It works just about every muscle in your body. DO NOT try this within a week of an important match. You will not have recovered yet, ask me how I know.
