Film Clip Of Reload Technique?

Hi all; I'm fairly new to shotgun competition (but still have fun), and I've gotten used to using Armstec speedloaders for my IPSC 870 (rifle sights, sidesaddle, 10-round tube); unfortunately, that puts me into Open, so I'd like to learn how to "speedload" without the tubes. I've done a complete search on the forum for how to do this, and there are lots of pointers, but the descriptions of the various techniques still don't really explain how to properly do it. Does anyone have a film clip of how this is done? Thx in advance.

Yes, Rocky Mountain 3-gun web site use to have a clip of weak hand loading. This web site is the locale club one not the big match at Raton. It isn't an instructional video, but you can sort of get the gist of it. Hope this helps.
