ISMI Springs

Hi everyone

I am intending to use ISMI springs. This is my first 1911 style gun.

I have an 5" SV Infinity in 9mm and using 146gr projectiles with VV N330 3.9gr powder.

1- What recoil spring poundage would suit this setup?

2- Would standard 1911 springs fit the SV Infinity guide rod? (for those who do not know the SVI spring and guide rod,it is encapsulated with a tube).

3- Also I was wondering if the ISMI spring would fit inside this tube. Considering that the ISMI is a flat spring,would that increase its outside diameter?
