redwoods Posted May 28, 2010 Share Posted May 28, 2010 I drilled a couple witness holes in my sti mags and the lowest round in the mag is on the right hand side. I think I was using dawson followers and maybe a grams. Looking from the rear of the mag I drilled my 10 round witness hole on the right side for my 40 and my 20 round witness hole for 38super also on the right.
