Typically, they need not explain the bad thing that happened, just describe conditions or situations to avoid. I enjoy using my imagination to recreate the event. Examples: Before playing one-on-one basketball, remove any pencils protruding from your back pocket. Avoid using a mechanic's creeper after cleaning spilt live primers from the garage floor.
