38 supercomp is a joy to shoot for me but it seems like my brass leave’s the gun, hits the ground and runs and hides from me. Never get it back..My 9mm is a joy to shoot also and I don’t care where the brass goes. I guess the cost is the major reason I use 9mm , free brass.

Chip McCormick and the Gold Trigger are both drop-in and have proven very reliable in my weapons, I do favor the Gold Trigger for the way it set’s then breaks the shot. A very smooth , light controlled feeling .

welcome; for what its worth Ive been using 4.2 gn Clays with a Laser Cast 200 gn round nose bullet for several years an have been very happy, PF 172

I had the same problem with LC military brass, so I polished/remove very little material where the rim of the brass slides into the #3 plate. Took many tries to get a good fit, seems to work very well for me now.

I have 38 posts and have posted a item for sale. My question is this, am I grandfathered in with this new requirement for 50 posts or do I start no new threads untill I arrive at the new requirement of 50 posts in the other forums?

Was reading my new Front Sight and found a advertisement for a new gun powder made by Winchester called AutoComp BALL POWDER. Anybody have any experience loading 9mm or 38 super major loads yet?

I know how much time and effort it takes to set up and tear down a stage for matches, as a newbee in this sport I have tried to learn and help. My hat’s off to all the very dedicated, hard workers who make it happen at my club, Central Ozarks Practical Shooters (COPS). I wish I could give more time to help. I thank them and all the people who make it happen.

Send me a e-mail or post it here and let me know how you made out loading for major using 3n38 in 9mm. I’ve loaded 38 super with 124 grains bullets and it took 10 grains of 3n38 to make the major power in the gun I was shooting at that time, ( 4 poppet? Plus compositor ports ) .

STI Edge 40SW, or my carry gun, a 1911 commander, .45 apc. Know them inside and out and how they will shoot.

Have a Dillon 550B and love it but have this little annoying problem. When I de-prime/resize a case, usually small primers, the primer will pop out and fly somewhere on the bench or press. Makes a mess which is easily cleaned up but if it lands where the carrier for the new primer is it can cause a jam. Is there a fix or adjustment to be made?
I haven’t called Dillon yet, just wanted your comments first.

Tryed it and love it..was happy to find out that a slide racker is coming, have learned to use my left hand with no problems tho..
