  1. Now I'm only starting my second year so I don't have a whole lot of experience in this yet. I was having problems with my shadow 2 hanging up at times last year with the BSG holster and CR speed belt. I seen the the HYDRA P+ holster and decided to give it go this year. I also bought a ratchet belt system. My draw times at the first match this year were way better than the end of last year and the gun comes out so much smoother and quicker now. From my little experience I can say it really made a big difference for me! I don't remember the name of the belt manufacture but I can get it this evening if you want it. Being able to tighten the belt up some really seems to help me but I do have gut to for what it's worth.
  2. Yes it will, I have one on my S2 Blue. This guy sells the mount I used and so far so good about 400 rounds into it. There’s another place in the states that will make you one for 150.00 but their a ways out on delivery. https://fasttoys.net/shop/CZ-Shadow-2-Optics-Ready-Mount-For-FTP-Alpha-3-and-Romeo-3-Max-Red-Dot-Optics/
  3. Im about as green as you can get on this but I’ve worked up a load with precision deltas 115 V1 HP and N320 and the Blue 135gr TC with N320. Both shoot really tight groups and are PF of 130-133. While I think the 115’s are snappier the dot just tracks right back to the same spot as when the trigger broke. The blue 135gr seemed to take longer during the recoil phase and getting back to the same spot on target just wasn’t near as good. I had to make fine adjustments with it. I’m going to start with the 115’s for now. I also found mine likes the TC bullet profile better than the round nose as far as group size goes. I haven’t played with seating depth, just found the length they passed the plunk test and set them back another .010.
  4. I just finished putting the Cajun Pro kit with reduction in it with the bushing to. It's a totally different trigger now! I haven't fired it yet but there's no mush to it like the factory one had.
  5. I ordered the Cajun kit for mine earlier today due to all the reviews on it. We’ll see how it goes.
  6. Nathan I think that’s probably where I’m going to have to start with my eyes being the way they are. This getting old sucks .
  7. Ok thanks again Hogrider! I’m already loving this one! Just a few little adjustments and it’ll be awesome! Going to be ordering the parts in the morning along with an optic and mount. Think I’m going to try the Romeo 3 XL due to the wide window.
  8. Thanks everyone, I found a local shop that had the blue optics ready local so I went and checked it out and ended up bringing it home lol. It’s easier for me to put the short reset trigger parts in it than it is to mill the slide. Put 250 rounds through it today and the factory trigger is already much better than it was. I actually like it minus the creep and long reset. Is Cajun gunworks the place to go for the trigger parts or should I look at others?
  9. First post here. I'm looking at giving the USPSA production gun class a try this year. I've narrowed down my choice between these the two in the title. I'm not new to shooting but my eyes are getting older and thinking optics is probably where I'm going to end up at haha. My question is the better trigger and the barrel bushing worth it on the Orange? Also for those of you that have experience with these two what's your overall thoughts on them? I know you can work the trigger over on the blue, but can you make it shoot as accurate as the Orange? Thanks!
