So can I swap the TSO safety from the left side to the right or do I need to buy a different safety? (I dont have a right-side safety right now)

Im a lefty shooter and removed the thumb rest altogether. I took the slide off and don't see any tract from the barrel to the open holes where the thumb rest used to sit. Am I retarded to try to shoot the gun with the thumb rest off and the screw holes unfilled? I'm planning to try it this weekend and would prefer to keep my fingers and not get kicked out of the local range.

Hi Scott, I too am a lefty shooter and have a CZ TSO that has that pesky extended safety that kind of digs into my left hand. Would you let me know if you were able to flip the safety to extend out from the R side of the TSO using the left handed Shadow2 safety? I'm hoping to buy the parts and wasn't sure what George16 meant by "...make sure you use the whole set (left and right parts)."

why are to 40sw more popular than the 9mm? (forgive my ignorance)

got this yesterday. seems a bunch cheaper than the local store. anyone see anything glaring that i'm missing? used very little and seller seems legit.
