Hi all, I've been a Glock user for many years, a stock G34 Gen 3. I've owned many firearms, pistols and rifles years ago, but sold most of them. Kept a M1903 for hunting, a Schmidt Rubin 1911 for CMP iron shooting, and the Glock for home defense and IDPA Production. The only 1911 I've owned is a S&W E-frame in .45ACP and it was one of my favorite guns ever. That trigger is like a pane of glass breaking, and I've been chasing the dragon since.
Coming back now, I've put a limit on myself to own 3 guns total. I'm trading in my Glock for a 9mm double stack 1911, with a budget of about 3000. Don't hesitate to drop a line if you got tips, tricks or things I should keep an eye out for!
