Dulles Airport is in Virginia and in theory you will only be in Virginia then West Virginia on your drive if that helps. Mike

Does anyone know who offers a commercially available long (1.180 OAL) minor load in 40? AA&A has the right length but its a major load. I will be shooting and STI based gun in IDPA and see no reason to shoot a major load when its not required. Thanks in advance Mike
