  1. Anyone have any information on Bamas 2021 sectional match? Where can I check or what club can I follow on PractiScore to be up-to-date?
  2. I wish I was back in TX but I’m in Rocket city USA haha well most of the outdoor ranges close by you can’t draw form holster and I doubt you can set up more than one target. Maybe you can. Only place is a bit of a drive for me ( hour or so). Right now time is precious. I have a toddler and stay at home wife. The indoor range I go to is really close so I have to make do for the time being.
  3. Hello all, I’m starting my journey into USPSA and would like tips for improvement. I’m working on my technique in dry fire and running drills based off of Ben Stoeger’s dry fire book. Going to the range is your typical no drawing from holster and limited to shooting at one target. I’m sure shooting 6 shots rapidly won’t get me kicked out. I do use the rifle sight in targets to practice transitions and lately printing out A zone sized targets with a smaller circle in the middle. The smaller circle helps with giving me something to focus on and anything outside of It is what I try to
  4. No not me. However I did shoot on the 30th of September. I was dead last but I did have a ton of fun. I was the guy who’s mag fell out. I reloaded shot and mag just dropped haha. My real name is Gabriel by the way. I’m hoping to go more but the current prices are crazy. I spent $110 for 200 rounds t Larry’s.
  5. Hi Jim, I’m signed up for the LRG match. This will be my second one there. I’ll be shooting limited. I’m in the same boat as you with cavern cove. It is far from the Limestone area I live in. I’ll check the Tennessee ranges you mentioned. Thanks!
  6. Hello all, I’ve been going to last resort in Madison for some time now and would like to go somewhere with less rules i.e one shot per second and no drawing from the holster. They allow for doubles but not sure (or maybe they wouldn’t mind) how they would feel with someone doing bills drills or fast drills. I’m okay with modifying drills to start from low and ready but would like to practice drills where shooting faster is required. Does anyone have good recommendations? Also if anyone has experience with the Swan Creek WMA range, how was it?
  7. Thanks for all the replies! Every piece of info/knowledge is extremely helpful.
  8. Hello all, I am new to USPSA and practical shooting. I came across Ben Stoeger’s doubles and controlled pairs drills. Can someone describe more in depth what the difference is between the two drills and what “should” be taken from them. Thanks!
