I have been shooting a PCC with a TAACOM super Feed 9mm upper and a Sheel Roller Delayed Buffer. I'm a lefty and due to having an implanted pacemaker/defibrillator near my left shoulder, I need to develop some light recoiling loads. I've been using 3.6 grains of Win 231 with a OAL of 1.125. Gun cycles flawlessly with a light recoil, however, lots and lots of unburned powder in the action. I was finally able to find some Clean Shot Powder (D032) so I made some test loads with 3.6 grains of Clean Shot. Again, functioned well but still a lot of unburned powder. I only shoot Steel Challenge so power factor is not an issue. I use a Dillon 650 with cleaned, sized and deprimed brass and mainly the UNIS/GENIX primers. The finishing die is set to only close the bell of the case created by the powder drop. I would really appreciate any advice from the reloaders out there that have a lot more experience and knowledge than I have been able to absorb. Thanks in advance.
